Whether it be to celebrate, learn or simply be together, events allow people for a few hours to be immersed in that experience. However, once the event is over, for many all that is left is the memories. For event professionals, that simply won’t do. The content from our events is invaluable.

Like all good marketing, the key is getting good, quality content and sharing it effectively. We use images and video to showcase our work, and highlight how the events we do are more than events, they are experiences. It is via these photos and videos, we are able to not only tell the story of what we do, but also tell our clients’ stories. It’s what helps set our brand apart!

In this article from BizBash, the nation’s top event industry site, they give readers content creation advice in an article entitled, “9 Tips for Effectively Repurposing Event Content.” Our owner, Sarah Quinlivan, was asked to share how we utilize different methods across all social media platforms.

From the article, she said “For TikTok and Instagram Reels, we use more of the behind-the-scenes content that our team captures. For our website, advertisements, and proposals, we heavily lean on the professional images and video captured.”

Sarah also spoke to the importance of our vendor relationships and giving credit where credit is due. She adds “No matter where we post content, any vendor involved in that shot is tagged. Tagging and sharing content with the other vendors is a huge way to grow our reach and audience. More importantly, it allows us to be a true teammate with our fellow vendors. No event is possible without a great team!”

By sharing our work on websites, social media and in publications, we are extending the life of that event. We are also showing others what is possible.
