When Sarah formed Quintessential Events in 2015, she wanted to create events that told stories. Never a believer in the word no, Sarah continues to push boundaries, create moments and go beyond what is expected by creating seamless timelines, original layouts and unique designs.

Sarah is a foodie who loves good wine, cooking, travel and cake. She talks to her sister and mom on a nearly daily basis, and is in more group texts than you can count. Originally from Oklahoma, she came to KC after attending the University of Kansas. She bleeds crimson and blue, and has to cover her ears when people do the Mizzou chant at weddings. She met her husband, Matt, while in college. After nine years of dating, they finally tied the knot. Still to this day, no one knows why it took that long… She is also obsessed with her fur baby, Phog, who makes frequent appearances on the company’s Instagram.
