Sarah Quinlivan’s unparalleled creativity, love of a good challenge, attention to detail and straightforward communication style, has made Quintessential Events a sought-after planning company for those seeking upscale, authentic event experiences.
When Sarah formed Quintessential Events in 2015, she wanted to create events that told stories. Never a believer in the word no, Sarah continues to push boundaries, create moments and go beyond what is expected by creating seamless timelines, original layouts, and unique designs.
I'm a foodie who loves good wine, cooking, travel and cake.

I'm originally from Oklahoma but moved to KC after attending the University of Kansas. I bleed crimson and blue and cover my ears when party guests do the Mizzou chant.

I met my husband, Matt, in college. After nine years of dating, we tied the knot. Still to this day, no one knows why it took that long…
